Therefore, our understanding of this sophisticated phenomenon requires a different approach. The purpose of this study was the semantics of this disorder from the view of the Holy Quran so that we can be familiar with the definition of this issue, its underlying factors, and its formation process. The word-thinking method was applied in this study. The results of content analysis of Quran shows that the words of "Fitna", "Bala", "Zor", and "Isaba" are the underlying factors of anxiety while the words of "Rigz", "Khauf (fear)", Ama", and "Ziq-e Sadr" indicate a state of anxiety and inability to make decisions and take actions. Considering these words, the generalized anxiety is a kind of fear that is along with "Ziq-e Sadr". When there is a destination, Khauf (fear) means anxiety. A disturbance to destination selection has an effect on the beginning of anxiety process</span> «اضطراب فراگیر» اختلالی مزمن است که نمود بالینی آن در طول عمر نسبتاً ثابت و آمار بهبودی کامل آن پایین است. بنابراین، درک ما از این پدیده پیچیده نیاز به افق‏ متفاوت‏تر دارد. هدف از این پژوهش، معناشناسی این اختلال از دیدگاه قرآن کریم بوده است تا بتواند ما را به تعریف این مسئله، عوامل زمینه‏ساز و فرآیند شکل‏گیری آن برساند. این پژوهش با روش تدبر کلمه‏ای انجام شده است. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل محتوای متن قرآن نشان می‏دهد «فتنه»، «بلا»، «ضُر»، و «اصابه» عوامل زمینه‏ساز نگرانی‏اند؛ در حالی که «رِجز»، «خوف»، «عَمَه» و «ضیق صدر» دال بر حالت نگرانی‏ و ناتوانی در تصمیم‏گیری و عمل‏اند. با توجه به این واژه‌ها، اضطراب فراگیر، خوف همراه با ضیق صدر است. خوف در معنای نگرانی زمانی است که «مقصدی» مطرح باشد. اختلال در مقصدگزینی در آغاز فرآیند اضطراب فراگیر مؤثر است. https://islamicpsy.rihu.ac.ir/article_1368_e4cc255047c76698845ee9137a29d87a.pdf
