A modesty education-intervention protocol was performed during eight sessions. The participants responded to the Young's Internet Addiction Test (IAT), Iranian Adolescents Risk-taking Scale (IARS), and demographic information, before and after the intervention. The data were analyzed by the analysis of co-variance. The results showed that the modesty education first, has a significant effect on the reduction of Internet addiction; second, does not have a significant effect on the reduction of high-risk behaviors; and third, helps users have more self-control in the face of virtual sex or pornography. It is necessary to say that due to the various causes of high-risk behaviors, one can not expect immediate and short-term change and the modesty education should be regarded as a predictive approach</span> هدف این پژوهش، تعیین اثربخشی «آموزش حیا» بر «کاهش اعتیاد به اینترنت» و «رفتارهای پرخطر» در دختران نوجوان دبیرستان بود. به این منظور، از طرح شبه آزمایشی با گروه کنترل و آزمایش استفاده شد. تعداد بیست دانش‌آموز دارای رفتار پرخطر از یک دبیرستان دخترانه منطقه پنج شهر تهران با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. پروتکل «آموزش و مداخله‌ای حیا» در هشت جلسه اجرا و اعمال شد. آزمودنی‌ها در دو نوبت پیش و پس از مداخله، به «پرسشنامه اعتیاد به اینترنت یانگ» (IAT)، «مقیاس خطرپذیری نوجوانان ایرانی» (IARS) و «اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی» پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها به روش تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که: «آموزش حیا» در «کاهش اعتیاد به اینترنت» تأثیر معناداری داشت؛ در «کاهش رفتارهای پرخطر» تأثیر معناداری نداشت؛ به کاربران کمک می‌کند که «خودکنترلیِ» بیشتری در مواجهه «سکس مجازی» و «هرزه‌نگاری» داشته باشند؛ البته با توجه به عللی گوناگون و متنوعِ رفتارهای پرخطر نمی‌توان انتظار تغییر فوری و کوتاه‌مدت داشت، بلکه باید «آموزش حیا» را به‌عنوان «رویکردی پیشگیرانه» ملاحظه کرد https://islamicpsy.rihu.ac.ir/article_1544_6e46f51997b3359e23b3c76316189693.pdf
