The purpose of this study is applied and it, which is based on the structural equation modeling, is a descriptive-correlational research in terms of collecting the data. The population was Research Institute of Petroleum Industry's employees who were selected by the simple random sampling. 165 questionnaires were distributed and the data were analyzed by SPSS software and SmartPLS. According to the results, Islamic lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on psychological capital. There is not a positive and significant relationship between Islamic lifestyle and social capital. Psychological capital has a positive and significant effect on social capital. There is a positive and significant relationship between social capital and organizational virtue. There is a positive and significant relationship between psychological capital and organizational virtue. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه فضیلت سازمانی، سرمایه اجتماعی، سرمایه روانشناختی و سـبک زنـدگی اسلامی در قالب یک مـدل علّی بوده است. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف از نوع کاربردی و از نظر نحوة گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی و مبتنی بر مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعة آماری تحقیق در بر گیرنده کارمندان پژوهشگاه صنعت نفت بوده است که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات و داده‌های پژوهش با بکارگیری 165 پرسشنامه توزیع و جمع آوری و با نرم افزارهای SPSS و Smart PLS تجزیه وتحلیل شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که سبک زندگی اسلامی بر روی سرمایه اجتماعی اثر مثبت و معناداری دارد. رابطه مثبت و معنادار میان سبک زندگی اسلامی با سرمایه اجتماعی تایید نشد. سرمایه روان‌شناختی رابطه مثبت و معناداری با سرمایه اجتماعی دارد. سرمایه اجتماعی رابطه مثبت و معناداری با فضیلت سازمانی دارد. سرمایه روان‌شناختی رابطه مثبت و معناداری با فضیلت سازمانی دارد. https://islamicpsy.rihu.ac.ir/article_1615_0a6014b91afd233552a7e4d99589587a.pdf
