پژوهشگاه حوزه و دانشگاه مطالعات اسلام و روانشناسی 2008-1103 9 16 2015 06 22 The Prophet Muhammad's Way in the Mental Management of Islamic Society شیوۀ پیامبر اکرم(ص) در مدیریت روانی جامعه اسلامی 55 78 873 FA سیدحسین علیانسب استادیار گروه معارف اسلامی دانشگاه تبریز Journal Article 2014 07 02 This study was conducted to reach the purpose of the investigation into the Prophet Muhammad's way in the mental management of Islamic society and the answer to the question of how governments manage their nations' wills and spirits in order to contribute to be protected from their enemies' effects. Thus, historical research method and theoretical analysis of the Prophet Muhammad's authority were applied. The study findings showed that the Prophet Muhammad without leaving of Islamic moral way and via the various ways, always kept Islamic society safe from enemies in happy and ready conditions. Some of those ways include paying attention to the psychological characteristics of people; dealing with people directly and emotionally; increasing the people's knowledge; encouraging people to participate in political, social, and martial affairs; using reference groups' capabilities; mental reconstruction of society after crises; reviving and keeping the society's value system and faiths; and protecting Muslims from unfaithful people. Therefore, the Prophet Muhammad turned his society into a power that could have the most effect on the zone without increasing the society's physical sources این پژوهش با هدف بررسی شیوه پیامبر اسلام(ص) در مدیریت روانی جامعه و پاسخگویی به این سؤال که «دولت‌ها چگونه روحیه و اراده ملت خود را برای همکاری مدیریت کنند؟» انجام شد. بدین‌منظور از روش پیمایش تاریخی و تحلیل نظریِ مواردِ مربوط به حکومت پیامبر(ص) استفاده شد. دستاوردها نشان داد که پیامبر(ص) بدون خروج از مسیر اخلاق اسلامی، با روش‌های متعدد، جامعه را در مقابل دشمن، بانشاط و آماده نگاه می‌داشتند؛ بعضی از آن روش‌ها؛ عبارتند از: توجه به ویژگی‌های روان‌شناختی مخاطبان، تعامل مستقیم و عاطفی با مردم، دانش‌افزایی و آگاهی‌بخشی به آنان، مشارکت دادن آنان در امور سیاسی، اجتماعی و نظامی، استفاده از ظرفیت گروه‌های مرجع، بازسازی روانی جامعه پس از بحران‌ها، احیای نظام ارزشی جامعه و حراست اعتقادی؛ و جلوگیری از حضور عناصر سست‌عنصر در صف مسلمین. بدین‌ترتیب، پیامبر(ص) بدون اینکه بر منابع مادیِ آنان چیزی افزوده باشد، آنان را به قدرتِ بسیار تأثیرگذار منطقه تبدیل کرد. https://islamicpsy.rihu.ac.ir/article_873_8d17e7ffdcd0a0d416d09fe28acc8d2c.pdf
