Abstract
The word agency implies a sense of responsibility towards one's own life path. The acceptance of human agency depends on the explanation of the origin of action, which is referred to as "I". The purpose of this research is to formulate the counseling model of Man Amale based on the views of Allameh Mohammad Taghi Jafari. In the first part, by the qualitative hermeneutic method, an attempt has been made to identify the indicators and components of the factor. Then, using foundation data method, my explanatory model was drawn. In the third part, the content, process and consulting techniques derived from this model were presented through thematic analysis. Kendall's correlation coefficient was reported as 0.87 in Delphi validation. The basic counseling content of this approach can be found in cases such as my nature (differentiator, agent, meta-agent, independent,...), my areas (my essence and my activity), my levels (I am disabled, I am agent), My elements (involuntary, voluntary, perfectionist), ... searched. Counseling processes were presented in harmony with purposeful existence, acceptance of self-ownership, honesty and harmony with oneself, utilization of capabilities, strengthening of love for people, and strengthening of self-awareness and self-improvement. In order to achieve these therapeutic processes, practical methods were also extracted according to Allameh's point of view. The distinguishing features of this consulting model can be considered in its holistic view, the presence of the determining element of perfectionism and attention to the relationship between man and his creator.
