تحلیل میزان هوش معنوی مدیران گروه‌های آموزشی دانشگاه اصفهان و ارتباط آن با ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی

چکیده

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی میزان هوش معنوی مدیران گروه‌های آموزشی دانشگاه اصفهان و ارتباط آن با متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی بوده است. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه شامل همه مدیران گروه‌های آموزشی دانشگاه اصفهان در سال 87ـ88 بود. در پژوهش حاضر از روش توصیفی ـ همبستگی استفاده شده است. به علت محدود بودن تعداد مدیران گروه، از نمونه‌گیری در دسترس استفاده شد. گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از مقیاس سنجش هوش معنوی کینگ (SISRI-24) انجام شده است. داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده به وسیله نرم‌افزار SPSS-15 تجزیه و تحلیل آماری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که میان متغیر سابقه مدیریت با میزان هوش معنوی ارتباط معناداری وجود ندارد و رابطه میان سن و سابقه خدمت با میزان هوش معنوی معنادار است. به‌طور کلی یافته‌ها نشانگر میزان هوش معنوی نسبتاً بالای مدیران گروه‌های آموزشی دانشگاه اصفهان است.

The present research study is mainly concerned with the spiritual intelligence of department heads of Isfahan University and its relation to demographic variables, utilizing the descriptive correlational method of research. Statistical population was all the department heads of Isfahan University in academic year 2008-2009. Data was collected using King's Spiritual Intelligence Self-Report Inventory (SISRI-24). The collected data were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS-15). Findings showed that there was no significant relation between spiritual intelligence and years of managements, but there was a significant relation in respect to age and service. By and large, findings of this research indicate the relatively high level of spiritual intelligence among the department heads of Isfahan University.
