The purpose of this research is analysis of the role of religious orientation, religiosity, and distributive and procedural just world beliefs of students by correlational studies. The statistical population includes the freshman students of the College of Psychology and Education of Azad University, Khorasgan branch, in 1386-1387 academic year. The multi-phase sampling included a sample of 210 students in different terms. The survey includes a short, 12-question, GHQ form; a 15-question questionnaire on religiosity; a 14- question questionnaire on intrinsic and extrinsic religious orientation; and a 10-question questionnaire on distributive and procedural just world beliefs. The resulting data was analyzed using the Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression analysis. The analysis of simple correlations show that religiosity, extrinsic-intrinsic religious orientation and distributive and procedural just world beliefs have a meaningful correlation with general health (P<0/01 or P<0/05). However, the analysis shows that only religiosity and distributive just world beliefs can affect general health of students. The two aforementioned variables can explain 8.2 percent of general student health variance
