This research was conducted with the purpose of investigating the role of spiritual health and religious coping in predicting death anxiety among patients with Coronavirus. The population of this descriptive-correlational research included all patients with Coronavirus referring to Payambar Azam Hospital in the city of Gonbad Kavus in the spring of 2020, and they participated in this research online. Due to traffic restrictions and the risk of Coronavirus in Iran, 200 patients were selected by the convenience sampling as the sample. The data were gathered by Templer's (1970) death anxiety scale, Ellison's (1983) spiritual health questionnaire, and Pargament's (2000) religious coping scale. The data were analyzed by SPSS-24 software. The results showed that spiritual health and religious coping can predict death anxiety among patients with Coronavirus (P<0.05), and death anxiety resulted from the disease can be reduced by strengthening the dimensions of spirituality.
