The present research tended to investigate the impact of teaching NahjAlbalaghah on different aspects of general health of students in Semnan Univedrsity. The research was an experimental one including pretest, posttest as well as control group. 61 students were randomly chosen and divided into experiment and control groups. The participants were asked to fill out the general health questionnaires (GHQ-28) in three phases. The experiment groups took a course on life skills in 10 sessions once a week as treatment. Frequent analysis of the results revealed that teaching NahjAlbalaghah guidelines will dramatically decrease anxiety, sleeplessness, disorders in social conducts, and depression in experiment groups comparing to control groups (p>0/05). Based on the findings of this research, teaching NahjAlbalaghah guidelines proves to be effective in improving various aspects of general health of university students.
