The aim of the present study is to investigate the relationship between spirituality and happiness of IsfahanUniversity. In doing so, 330 students (115 male students and 115 female students) were selected using simple random sampling and the form of a correlation research design. They all responded to the items of the Oxford Happiness and Spirituality Tendency Inventory. Data analysis was done through Pearson's correlation coefficient, regression and covariate. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between happiness and spirituality (P<0.0001, r=0.358), and there was no significant spirituality and happiness gap between the sexes. The results of stepwise regression also suggested that spiritual self-actualization is just a subscale which predicts happiness significantly. Therefore, religion through establishment of spiritual tendencies causes the higher level of happiness.
