This study aims to determine the effect of religious cognitive behavioral education on the guilt-feeling of Esfahan's infertile couples. The research method is semi-experimental and it was conducted on test and control groups with a pre-and post test design. The size of the sample was equal to 10 interfile couples in the test group and 10 infertile couples in the control group selected through simple random sampling. The measuring tool of the questionnaire was the existing 'guilt-feeling'. The results of the covariance analysis test at a=0/05 level showed a meaningful difference between the average post test marks of the feeling of guilt of infertile women of the test group and the control group in regard to the effect of religious, cognitive behavioral group education. Similarly, this difference was also meaningful in terms of gender
