This study aims to compare human based on Roger's viewpoint and Islamic perspective. Since humanology is considered as a foundation of humanities including psychology, studying in the related issues like personality theories and individuals' mental health is of importance and necessity. Carl Rogers is one of phenomenologist psychologists that his humanologist standpoint has some similarities and significant differences with Edmund Husserl's (1859-1938) and Abraham Maslow's (1908 – 1970). On the other hand, Roger's point of view has some commonalities with Islam's perspective. Consequently, the paper refers to some of these similarities and differences
