Using random cluster sampling, 30 subjects in the form of two groups – test and control – were given Alice Pope's Self-esteem Questionnaire as well as demographic questionnaire to fill. As a result of analyzing data via both descriptive and inferential statistics, research findings show that Islam-based education has had impact on general self-esteem (P=0.000 and P=0.000), family self-esteem (P=0.001 and P=0.003) in pre-test and post-test courses. Yet, it has not had any influence on education self-esteem (P=0.545 and P=0.345) in both courses. Also, the impact of Islam-based education was significant (P=0.000) on adolescents' self-esteem at post-test course, while its influence was not significant (P=0.177) at follow-up courses.
