The purpose of this study was to infer the theoretical foundations of lifestyle from the view of the Holy Quran. The main question was: what are the foundations of prescriptive lifestyle of Quran and how do they lead to a behavioral model? To answer that, the theoretical foundations were inferred from the Holy Quran by the descriptive-analytical (documentary) method and an interpretative approach. The finding was that the foundations of lifestyle from the view of the Holy Quran are divided into four groups: epistemology, ontology, anthropology, and axiology; by reviewing ontological and anthropological foundations and axiological foundations, respectively, monotheistic worldview and the framework of monotheistic value system were resulted. By explaining the worldview and monotheistic value system, the lifestyle attitudes for selection trends and standards, which form the specific behavioral patterns, were resulted. Finally, the relationship between the foundations and the behavioral patterns was illustrated in the form of a symbolic model
