Abstract

The present study was conducted with the aim of presenting a conceptual model of marital contract breaking based on the integrated approach of Khodasu and designing its treatment package. The research community of authentic Islamic sources includes the Qur'an and the hadiths of the Prophet (PBUH) and Ahl al-Bayt (PBUH). Qualitative content analysis method was used in this research. Based on the findings from the analysis of religious texts (Qur'an and hadiths), 33 factors were obtained for breaking the marital contract, of which 15 are individual factors and 18 are communication factors, and a conceptual model was designed in four sections: the preparation section, the section focused on the injured person. , the section focused on the person who broke the contract, the section focused on the couple's relationship. Based on this, a treatment package was designed for breaking the marital contract, which takes into account different aspects of the individual and the relationship. This treatment was designed in the form of 13 sessions and in 4 sections, the first two sessions of preparation techniques, the second two sessions of techniques related to the injured couple, one session of techniques related to the breaching couple and 8 sessions of techniques related to the relationship.
