The present research was conducted with the aim of predicting mental health based on attachment styles, psychological and spiritual development and the concept of God among female students. This scientific-religious research is of a descriptive-correlation type and the statistical population consists of all female students aged 18 to 45 years of the Islamic Azad University of Qom branch in 2020-2021. The statistical sample consists of 358 female students who were selected by available sampling method. To obtain data, Goldberg's general health questionnaires, Collins and Reed's attachment, Jon bozorgi psycho-spiritual development, and Jon bozorgi self-concept and self-concept were used. SPSS-24 software and multiple regression test and Pearson correlation coefficient were used for analysis. The results showed that about 17.2% of the variance of mental health is predicted by attachment styles, psychological and spiritual development, and the idea of God. Also, secure attachment style and spiritual psychological transformation have a positive and significant relationship with mental health, and avoidant attachment style, ambivalent/anxious attachment style, and the idea of God have a negative and significant relationship with mental health. Based on the obtained results, it can be concluded that secure attachment style, increasing the level of "psycho-spiritual transformation" and reducing the negative perception of God are key factors in improving mental health.
